honestly i try to be into this covenant theology stuff. BUt it hard. HOnestly is boring sorry fellas. we the church need to be atuned into the bible verses and passages and just plainly talk and discuss it all. I say all this politely. But the church simply needs to stay within the bounds of scripture. Now, Im sure you all maybe some of You have heard of Dr. Warren Gage and his works. Different for sure check it out those into deep Typology, some allegory but some unHeard of exegesis that is rooted in early church history. Warren gage. CHeck out his teachings with Pastor Chip Bennett regarding Chiasim in John and Yes Revelation. SOme real Interesting stuff we Neeed to hear. Blessing in CHrist.

PRETERISTS take away from the words of the book of prophecy. Revelation 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

One Gospel: Gospel (GOOD ANGEL) of Reconciliation. Jesus Christ came into THEIR kingdom to reconcile fallen angels unto Himself. We are the fallen angels (ELOHIM) kept in DNA chains of darkness. If you do not confess being a fallen angel in Lucifer's kingdom, then you are an unbeliever. Unbeliever = those that claim to be made in the image of ELOHIM(gods). REPENT FALLEN ANGELS.

Preterists who DENY the Conflagration (and that 2 Pet. 3 teaches it) will often cite John Owen's sermons on it. However, it's important to note that Owen did NOT deny the Conflagration in 2 Pet. 3; he only focused on Sanctification in the Christian Life in light of the text. Conflagration: an extensive fire which destroys a great deal of land or property. See Jonathan Edwards' view of 2 Pet. 3. See Dr. John Gill's exposition on 2 Pet 3, for some examples of men who knew this text was talking about the "liquefaction by fire" (as Gill calls it). See also John Calvin's words about 2 Pet. 3. These men knew it was talking about the Eschatological Conflagration. *Soli Deo Gloria*

No. Everyone was not condemned by sin, they were condemned whether or not they sinned, because Adam disobeyed God. In Romans 3:19 talks of those who have sinned.

Covenant theology is a contract of the obedience of faith, for the hope of eternal life, requiring grace in baptism, our state of grace, and the grace of Jesus to forgive past sins.

No, no, no. Romans 4 Abraham learns about forgiveness, but is not saved in a Trinity situation, not the same way directly by God as then, but saved by the Father and Son.

The OPC itself doesn't have a church or a mission work, but it is part of a union of churches around the world called the International Conference of Reformed Churches. Within that is the Africa Evangelical Presbyterian Church which has churches in Kenya and Nairobi. www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/viewer?ll=41.6313292347516%2C-87.34633406772981&z=7&mid=1PNd_sJagci84PyKmGC6M5VJtaLMEWxg - this is also a good map for finding solid churches internationally. God bless you.

Natural reason enables us to apprehend the visible world through our sensate abilities, which are inherent to our nature as finite beings. This "finitude" of our nature (from dust) does not mean we are not spiritual; Aquinas would refer to this as the "formal cause" or "essence" of a thing, and go on to explain how all living things have this essence (from plants to animals), and this is what he identifies as the soul. Human beings are thus an integrated composite of soul and body. So while we are physical beings with a spiritual essence (1 Cor 15: 37), our ability to apprehend the visible world of the senses does not enable us direct access to knowledge of the divine. This needs to be given "as a gift" above our natural reason... so while we can comprehend and benefit from this knowledge, it is something that needs to be "divinely revealed" above our direct sensate knowledge of the physical world. In a similar way, mankind's immortality prior to the fall was not something innate, but an external gift, depicted in scripture (in this exterior way) as "the tree of life" (Gen 2:9). It was something Adam had access to, but was not inherent to his nature. This does not negate the emphasis of an eschatological end of man - Adam was on a journey - but to claim that his immortality and ability to commune with God was innate to his human nature is a Pelagian conception of pre-fall man (condemned at the Council of Orange in 529 in response to the Pelagians [CANON 19]). This is why, on a Catholic view, it is impossible for "works based" salvation - even before the fall, man was in need of God's Grace to remain in right relationship with Him; any "work" outside of this Grace will be insufficient for salvation, even if it is a "natural good". By removing the Donum Superadditum, or Supernaturalè, you effectively deify man, something which Bavinck (in retaliation to the Catholic view of nature and grace) flirted with dangerously when he stated that "The natural is not something of lesser value and of a lower order... ...It is just as divine as the church" (p.29 Bijbelsche en religieuze psychologie).

'Fullness' of gentiles is not depicted here as numerical, as the 'full number' of every single elect person, ('full number' - is same hermeneutical error as dispensationalist) correct interpretation would be 'fullness' as 'qualitative' meaning fullness of inclusion into the body of believers.

No, that's called Hades, which has a diverse geography. Of course O.T. saints didn't go to heaven because we SEE them rising and going to heaven upon the Death of Jesus.

What do you see?” And the woman said to Saul, “I see a god coming up out of the earth.” He said to her, “What is his appearance?” And she said, “An old man is coming up, and he is wrapped in a robe.” And Saul knew that it was Samuel, and he bowed with his face to the ground and paid homage. Then Samuel said to Saul, “Why have you disturbed me by bringing me up?” Saul answered, “I am in great distress, for the Philistines are warring against me, and God has turned away from me and answers me no more, either by prophets or by dreams. Therefore I have summoned you to tell me what I shall do.”

Thanks for this conversation. The explanation of inseparable operations in relation to the incarnation was helpful. As I understood it, the Son can be distinctly the Person incarnate because it is not an action of the Divine Nature but a relation of the Person (to the human nature.) The analogy of it being the Three who "clothe" but the One who is "clothed" was both beautiful and helpful.

Interesting that the Roman Catholic Church wouldn’t call it communion or the Lords supper as Paul did since they usually try to place their church as the one leading with traditions that date farther back than from the faith of non-Romanist Christians. But I guess it’s also not surprising since they’d prefer to use sources outside of the Bible for the foundation of their practices.

I’m horrified by dispensationalism. I am horrified. It replaces our Perfect and Holy Savior, Creator of the Universe, and His Church, with an apostate nation. His Kingdom is not of this world and beautiful beyond belief. Man looks down instead onto the world, and glorifies that instead. Man gives the keys to apostates who then tell them what to do. Man endorses murder, theft, ungodlinesses, sin, and destruction.
